VSMPO-AVISMA gains the ground in China

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC, has informed about opening of its associated company in the People's Republic of China - VSMPO-Tirus (Beijing) Metallic Materials Ltd. Its director is Lin Bao.

The representatives of the corporation have informed "RusBusinessNews" that its offices and warehouses will be located in Beijing and in the Tianjin Province that is included in the free trade zone. The associated company will be responsible for maintaining relations with regular customers of VSMPO-AVISMA on markets of China, Korea, and countries of the South-East Asia; it will look for new partners and deal with product sales in these regions.

The corporation already has its sales offices in the USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Ukraine.

In 2010, VSMPO-AVISMA exported more than 70% of the manufactured products. 34% of the exports comprise supplies to the USA, 17% - to European countries, 11% - to Israel, China, and India.
