Uralvagonzavod reports the 20 thousandth made-to-order rail tank car

In March 2012, the Uralvagonzavod Research and Production Corporation, OJSC reached a new height in its production with the 20 thousandth rail tank car.

The Nizhny Tagil-based enterprise of Uralvagonzavod has been manufacturing this type of products since 1999. The enterprise offers 7 models of rail tank cars, having a 27% share in this CIS market segment.

The representatives of the Press Service of the corporation have informed RusBusinessNews that by the end of 2012 Uralvagonzavod intends to exceed its last year's performance by manufacturing 6 thousand tank cars.
