ChTZ-URALTRAC has supplied Turkmenneft with 100 million rubles of equipment

In March, 2012, ChTZ-URALTRAC, LLC (a subsidiary of the Uralvagonzavod research and production corporation, OJSC) shipped ten TR-12 crawler pipelayers to Turkmenistan.

The company's press office told RusBusinessNews that these machines, manufactured in the Urals and with a lifting capacity of 12 tons, will be used by subdivisions of the state-owned Turkmenneft company to install and repair pipelines.

This shipment of TR-12s fulfills ChTZ-URALTRAC's export contract, which was worth about 100 million rubles. As part of this contract, the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant also provided that Central Asian company with 16 railroad cars as well as spare parts for tractors that had been previously purchased by Turkmenneft.
