Ural Airlines are presenting IT at INNOPROM

On July 9-12, 2014 Ural Airlines will take part in INNOPROM-2014, an international exhibition, which will be held in Ekaterinburg.

The representatives of the Press Service of Ural Airlines have informed RusBusinessNews that on its stand the airline company will display its latest software innovations that allow passengers to use the website of the carrier to obtain access to all the services, which will make the planning process more convenient and trip reservation easier.

The air-tourists buying airline tickets are offered a free-of-charge service – Choose Your Seat – on the board of the aircraft and the option to purchase an insurance policy. The specially designed service – The Virtual Assistant – will help clients to find all the required information within one section or to get in touch with the company’s personnel. The mobile application, which is offered by Ural Airlines for iOS platforms and intended for Android and Windows Phone in future, includes purchasing of airline tickets, price and schedule review, access to the online arrival and departure and arrival board. The application will help to trace the flight status and contact the passenger support service.

At INNOPROM, Ural Airlines will showcase their own unique aircraft service center, which incorporates advanced technology and innovations.
