VSMPO may be armed with machine tools manufactured by Japanese Makino

In January 2015, the VSMPO branch of the VSMPO-Avisma Corporation, OJSC, welcomed a delegation from Japan – six top-managers headed by Masashi Hirakata, General Director of Makino, and Shoichi Yamada, Vice President of the Interactive Corporation.

The representatives of the Press Service of the corporation have informed RusBusinessNews that the delegation came to discuss prospective supply of machine tools for mechanical tooling of titanium stamped parts.

In addition to the Japanese delegation, VSMPO had guests from Germany, Czech Republic, Israel, Great Britain, Italy, Poland and other countries. The representatives of Buderus Edelstahl, a German company, discussed prospects for supply of forgings with the managers of the Corporation.
