Kazakhstan is ready to buy titanium products of VSMPO-AVISMA

The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation took part in the Oil & Gas 2015 International Exhibition and Conference, which took place in Almaty on October 6-9.

The Ural company showcased models of its heat-exchange equipment, tanks and vessels, pipeline elements, and different fittings. RusBusinessNews has been informed by the Press Service of the Corporation that the models aroused interest of Albert Rau, Vice-Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Vladimir Chagai, Deputy General Director of NIPIneftegas.

The VSMPO-AVISMA Press Service says that Kazakhstan’s interest in titanium products is most likely connected with the resumed operation of the offshore platform in the Kashagan oil field.
