VSMPO-Avisma to increase export of stamped and forged parts

In 2016, the VSMPO-Avisma Corporation, PJSC, has managed to keep its revenue and income at the previous year level.

As RusBusinessNews has been informed by Mikhail Voevodin, General Director of the Corporation, the amount of orders from Russian consumers has decreased this year. In 2015 VSMPO-Avisma supplied 11,000 tons of titanium to the domestic market, while this year’s order amounts to 8,000 tons only.

According to Mikhail Voevodin, in spite of the above, the earnings of the corporation will remain at the existing level thanks to its export. The company plans to increase supplies of the most labor-intensive products – stamped parts, machined stamped parts and forged parts.
