VSMPO-AVISMA will pay out dividends totaling 5 billion rubles to its stockholders

The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation will pay out dividends in the amount of 5.3 billion rubles for the fiscal year of 2015. The amount of dividends per common share is 458.22 rubles. The dividends will be paid out of the retained earnings over 2015.

Over 2015 the net profit of the titanium corporation totaled 14.41 billion rubles, as RusBusinessNews has been informed by the corporation’s Press Service.

In addition, the stockholders decided that 6.1 million rubles should be paid to each member of the Board of Directors and 303 thousand rubles – to each member of the Audit Committee.

It should be noted that the dividends for the fiscal year of 2014 amounted to 9.58 billion rubles – 831 rubles per share.
