RCC has increased its cathode output by 1.3 times

 

In 2016 the Russian Copper Company (RCC) increased its copper cathode output. Cathodes are produced at the Kyshtym Copper Electrolytic Plant and Novgorod Metallurgical Plant as well as by Uralhydromed.

 

As RusBusinessNews has been informed by the RCC Press Service, from January through September the company produced 132.7 thousand tons of copper cathodes, having demonstrated nearly a 1.3-fold increase as compared to the output in the same period of the previous year.

 

During the first nine months of 2016 RCC produced 113,160 tons of copper concentrate (+2%). The output of gold bars increased by 159 kilograms, totaling 2,208 kilograms; the output of silver bars reached 53,185 kilograms.
