VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation has concluded a Collective Agreement for 2022-2024. It stipulates an increase in investments in the social sphere, an expansion of the list of benefits and growth of payments to employees and veterans of the enterprises.

"The document comprises both the regulation of labor relations and a large list of social guarantees and benefits available to every employee of the company. In the new version of the Collective Agreement, the number of benefits and the amount of cash payments have been increased, and this once again confirms that VSMPO-AVISMA is a socially responsible enterprise," Dmitry Osipov, General Director of VSMPO-AVISMA noted.

As VSMPO-AVISMA's press service informed RusBusinessNews, annual investments in the corporate social sphere exceed 1.2 billion rubles. About 200 million rubles are spent on voluntary medical insurance, 104 million on health improvement and recreation of employees and their families, 84 million on social support measures for retirees, and 136 million on physical training and sports. More than 314 million rubles are allocated for the social support of employees and more than 90 million for the employees' children.

The wide range of payments to employees of the corporation includes partial reimbursement for meals, one-time pay-out after birth, monthly childcare allowance for children from 1.5 to 3 years old, and benefits for large families. There are also monthly payments to veterans of the enterprise.

"As a result of the current negotiations, we have managed to preserve and increase many social guarantees of VSMPO-AVISMA's employees. I hope that the social partnership in the Corporation will continue to develop constructively," Andrey Vetluzhskikh, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk Region, said.
