The president’s planes won’t take off without VSMPO-Avisma’s products

VSMPO-Avisma will continue to work with the public corporation Aviaagregat, the leading Russian designer and manufacturer of chassis for various types of airplanes. Representatives of the Samara-based company visited the Verkhnyaya Salda Metallurgical Production Association to discuss new contracts and to monitor how current orders are being filled. 

The corporation's press office told RusBusinessNews that VSMPO's products would be used to produce chassis for the IL-96-300 and TU-204 planes, which are used by a special squadron of the Office of the Russian president.
