Ural Airlines carried more than 5 million passengers

In January-October 2020, Ural Airlines carried 5,068,101 passengers which account for 61% of the same indicator in 2019. 1,262,048 passengers were carried on international flights.

 

As RusBusinessNews has been informed by the airline’s Press Service since the beginning of the year, the company's aircraft have made 38,554 flights (71%), including 9,644 international flights. The passenger traffic totaled more than 11.1 billion passenger-kilometers.

 

In October, Ural Airlines’s services were used by 578,718 passengers (66%), including 166,540 passengers traveling to international destinations. During the low season in the passenger transport market, Ural Airlines will convert 11 aircraft for cargo flights.

 

Ural Airlines ranks among the leading Russian airlines by passenger traffic. In 2019, Ural Airlines carried 9,616,908 passengers (+ 7% compared to 2018). Nowadays, the airline operates 50 Airbus airliners (3 A320neos, 2 A321neos, 23 A320s, 17 A321s, and 5 A319s).
