UralVagonZavod is starting a joint venture in Kazakhstan

The Research and Production Corporation UralVagonZavod has entered into the agreement for setting up a joint venture with the National Company Kazakhstan Engineering. The joint venture contemplates either a service center or facilities for maintenance, repair and upgrading of military and civil machinery in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
 

The corporation’s Press Service has informed RusBusinessNews that the terms and conditions underlying the establishment of the joint venture as well as the form and percentage of participation interest of the Parties will be defined individually in accordance with the law on military and technical cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
 

The National Company Kazakhstan Engineering includes 24 businesses specializing in products manufactured for oil and gas, railway, agriculture and industry sectors as well as in manufacturing and repair of military hardware and machinery.
