In mid-October 2011, the Ural Airlines Company will stop operating TU-154M aircrafts. The carrier will use Airbuses A320 and А321 for all its flights.

The Press Service representatives have informed RusBusinessNews that Ural Airlines has to use three TU-154M aircrafts for flights to a number of resort destinations in Russia. Until recently, the airports in Anapa and Mineralnye Vody have not been certified for receiving airbuses.

Since the beginning of 2011, Ural Airlines has leased four airbuses and now is operating 18 А320 and А321 aircrafts for domestic and international flights. In connection with new destinations and an increase in the passenger flow, the airline company is planning to put about 30 airbuses into service. In 2012, 6 more aircrafts are expected to be acquired.
