VSMPO-AVISMA high earnings gladden the shareholders

In 2011, the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, OJSC, increased substantially its earnings based on the Russian Accounting Standards. According to the interim report for January-September, the earnings totaled 2.897 billion rubles.

The VSMPO-AVISMA Press-Service has informed RusBusinessNews that the year-on-year earnings in 2010 were 7.5 times as low, totaling 384.75 million rubles.

Due to the revaluation of the currency liabilities, in July-September 2011 the VSMPO-AVISMA earnings were very moderate, totaling 119,329 million rubles, demonstrating a 13-fold decrease as compared to the second quarter of this year.
