UMMC is promoting copper-powder products on Asian markets

Uralelectromed, OJSC (part of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company) for the first time has taken part in Shanghai's international exhibition, the China International Powder Metallurgy Industry Exhibition (PM Expo-2013).

UMMC's press office told RusBusinessNews that the primary goal of participating in the metallurgy show was to promote high-value-added products on Asian markets - finished products made of copper powders, which are used in the machine-building, energy, and automotive industries.

At the exhibition, contacts were made with the Chinese company Shimge, South Korea's Sintron Co, and India's GRISHMA Special Materials, as well as other firms. Negotiations were also held with the manufacturers of equipment, molding tools, and spare parts.
