Air China will introduce regular Beijing-Ekaterinburg flights in June 2009, right before the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit that will held in Ekaterinburg on June 15-16.

As the Moscow representative office of Air China informed RusBusinessNews, flight СA 995 will fly from Beijing on Mondays and Thursdays, and from Ekaterinburg on Tuesdays and Fridays. The airline will operate Boeing-767-200's or A-330's on this route.

Currently a code-sharing agreement is negotiated between Air China and Ural Airlines, which has already achieved similar arrangements with Czech Airlines, Austrian Airlines and Finn Air for flights to and from Prague, Vienna, and Helsinki, respectively.
