Uralelectromed plant has increased its production of tellurium by 25%

The product is being manufactured at a new division to produce tellurium at Uralelectromed plant (a subsidiary of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company). This new facility has helped the company to increase its production of this rare chemical element from 30 to 40 tons per year.

UMMC's press office told RusBusinessNews that 105 million rubles had been invested in the establishment of the new division.

The quality of the manufactured product meets GOST standards. In the near future tellurium will be shipped to customers.
