In 2014 Ural Airlines will carry more than 5 million passengers

Over 11 months in 2014, Ural Airlines provided services to 4.8 million passengers - exceeding its performance of the same period in the previous year by 17%. By the end of the year, the air carrier is waiting for its first-ever 5-millionth passenger.

The Press Service of the airline has informed RusBusinessNews that since the beginning of the year the aircraft of Ural Airlines have made 37,362 flights, including 19,354 international flights. Over 11 months of the current year, the passenger turnover has totaled 12,433,388 thousand passenger-kilometers.

Ural Airlines rank among the top five Russian airlines in terms of air traffic volume, as the statistics showed at the end of January 2014. Over 2013 the air carrier provided services to more than 4.4 million passengers. At the moment, Ural Airlines are operating 35 Airbus airliners.
