Residents of the Titanium Valley have occupied 85% of the special economic zone in the vicinity of Verkhnyaya Salda. The information was given by Artemy Kyzlasov, General Director of the Titanium Valley Special Economic Zone, OJSC, at the meeting of the Public Council at the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

The main production operations will be launched in 2016-2017. The residents of the Titanium Valley are VSMPO – Novye Technologii, AS Prom, Praxair Titanium Valley, Synersys, Infercom - Ural, the Ural Optical Plant, Stroydieselcomposite and Micromet, a prospective resident.

The companies are planning to start construction in the special economic zone this year, as RusBusinessNews has been informed by the Information Policy Department of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region.
