Shareholders of the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation will receive 9 billion rubles

The shareholders of the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation will receive interim dividends based on the company’s performance over January-June, 2015. 788 rubles will be paid per common share.

RusBusinessNews has been informed by the Press Service of the Corporation that the decision was adopted on September 28 at the extraordinary general meeting by absentee voting. The total amount of dividends will be more than 9 billion rubles.

The proposal about payment of interim dividends was based on the company’s performance over January – June, 2015. The revenue of the Corporation amounted to 32 billion rubles. The net profit increased to 9.18 billion rubles, thus exceeding the net profit received in 2014 by 5 billion rubles.
