Operational performance indicators of Ural Airlines show improvement against pre-pandemic period

In August 2021, Ural Airlines carried 1,212,165 passengers or 110% against the number of passengers in the same period of 2019. The airline performed a total of 7,492 flights (115%), including 2,269 international flights. 

 

As RusBusinessNews has been informed by the carrier’s Press Service, Ural Airlines has provided services to 6,097,299 passengers (95%) over eight months. Since the beginning of the year, the airline has performed 42,235 flights, matching the number of the flights performed in January - August 2019. A total of 11,906 flights has been performed to international destinations.

 

The passenger traffic reached more than 13.47 billion passenger-kilometers.

Ural Airlines ranks among the leading Russian airlines by passenger traffic. Its fleet consists of more than 50 Airbus airliners (3 A320neos, 4 A321neos, 23 A320s, 17 A321s, and 5 A319s).
