VSMPO-AVISMA has earned a spot in the "Gold" category of Forbes magazine's best employers rating This marks the second consecutive year the corporation has been recognized for its outstanding performance. 
 
The rating, which saw participation from 125 major Russian companies, is based on a methodology developed in 2021 focusing on the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) agenda. Companies were categorized into four groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

VSMPO-AVISMA excelled particularly in the areas of Ecology (E) and Employees and Society (S), earning a gold ranking, and topped in Corporate Governance (G) with a platinum rating, as reported by the corporation's press office to RusBusinessNews.
 
Over 2023, employees of the world's largest titanium and titanium alloys producer received three salary increases: a differential increase for production personnel in March, which ranged from 6 to 40%, followed by a uniform 6% raise for all staff, and another 9% hike effective from July 1. As a result, average salaries for the first half of the year stood at 70,000 rubles at VSMPO and 67,000 rubles at AVISMA, surpassing the average in Sverdlovsk region and Perm Territory.

In May 2023, VSMPO-AVISMA won a contest held by the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in the category "For Corporate Strengthening of Family Values". About 2 billion rubles are allocated annually to fulfill the employer's social obligations under the collective bargaining agreement.
 
The vertically integrated VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation employs around 20,000 people. Its main shareholder is Mikhail Shelkov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, holding a 65.27% stake, while Rostec State Corporation owns 25% plus one share.  VSMPO-AVISMA is a leader in the global high-tech titanium market, deeply integrated into the global aerospace industry, and is a key strategic supplier of titanium products for numerous companies. Its products have a wide range of applications, including in power generation, the oil and gas industry, shipbuilding, medicine, and construction.
