VSMPO-AVISMA to embark on a housing infrastructure development initiative in Verkhnyaya Salda

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation will implement a housing infrastructure development program in Verkhnyaya Salda in the next two years. The project encompasses the construction of high-rise buildings and modern dormitories for company employees.
As part of the program, corporate housing will be built in the Solnechny Residential Complex, featuring two new nine-story buildings comprising over 300 apartments ranging from studios to three-room units, as per the VSMPO-AVISMA Press Service, RusBusinessNews.
Additionally, a comfortable five-story dormitory for shift workers will be constructed alongside the existing dormitory, equipped with all necessary amenities.
The ongoing reconstruction of the student campus at 2a Kirov Street will cater to students from the local educational institutions. The students of Verkhnyaya Salda Aviation and Metallurgical College named after Evstigneev and Verkhnyaya Salda branch of UrFU live there free of charge. The first phase of the campus became operational on July 25, 2023. It is now home to about 100 students.
All facilities are planned to be erected within two years. Contractor selection is currently underway.

Now we are expanding it, building new residential buildings and a dormitory for shift personnel. The development of the program will allow not only to retain young people, who are now acquiring a profession in Verkhnyaya Salda educational institutions, but also to attract highly qualified personnel from other regions to the enterprise," said Dmitry Trifonov, General Director of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, PJSC. |
