The Urals citizens continue to bring flowers in memory of Michael Jackson to the building of the US Consulate General in Ekaterinburg. As the diplomatic mission has informed RusBusinessNews, no events devoted to the pop music legend will be held.
"The American Government has no relationship to the deceased singer, although he was a US citizen. People are taking flowers not to our Consulate General but to the American banner as it is the only US symbol in Ekaterinburg," - the press service claimed.
Michael Jackson passed away in Los Angeles on 25 June 2009. The singer's death was stated immediately after he was delivered to the University of California Hospital.
