VSMPO-AVISMA has been holding a high position in the ranking of Russia’s top employers for the fourth consecutive year

For the fourth year in a row, VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation has earned a spot in the Gold group of Forbes magazine’s Best Employers ranking in Russia.

 

In 2025, an expert jury evaluated 205 companies nationwide based on key ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria, using a methodology developed in 2021. Companies were categorized into the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze groups.

 

VSMPO-AVISMA received Platinum in the Corporate Governance (G) category, Gold in Environmental (E), and Silver in the Employees and Society (S) category. Based on the experts’ decision, the corporation was ultimately included in the Gold group.

The high rating is the result of consistent and successful actions, VSMPO-AVISMA’s press service reported to RusBusinessNews. This year, the company has implemented several employee-support programs, including a 9.52% salary indexation and the signing of a three-year agreement guaranteeing social support for staff. Additionally, specialists participated in new corporate training programs to enhance their competencies and foster career growth.

 

VSMPO-AVISMA also actively supports social and charitable programs, having signed some agreements with the governments of the Sverdlovsk Region and Perm Territory to develop the company's operating regions. The implementation of the housing infrastructure development plan for company employees in Verkhnyaya Salda (Sverdlovsk Region) is also ongoing.
