Samara metallurgical plant has opened retail warehouse in the Sverdlovsk Region

A retail warehouse of Samara Metallurgical Plant, JSC (SMZ), Russia's largest producer of aluminum semi-finished products, has commenced operations in Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Its launch has enabled prompt availability of the enterprise's products and their efficient delivery to end consumers. Convenient access to federal highways via the Ekaterinburg Ring Road (EKAD) and a bypass around Verkhnyaya Pyshma ensure unimpeded movement of goods in any direction, the press service of SMZ, JSC informed RusBusinessNews.

 

"This is already the second retail site of our enterprise – the first retail warehouse has been successfully operating in Samara since May 2025. Now, small and medium-sized businesses in the Urals can purchase products from SMZ, JSC directly from the manufacturer – in small batches or by the piece. The warehouse's assortment includes a wide range of products and has the capability for quick replenishment within one or two days," noted Vladimir Gavrilov, Director of Sales Network Development at SMZ, JSC.

The retail warehouse in Verkhnyaya Pyshma offers a broad product range, including sheet metal from D16AT, AMG3M, AMG2M alloys, and AMG2 Quintet sheets. Near-term plans include expanding the assortment with AD1 coils, D16T alloy rods from 32 millimeters and above, as well as AMG5 profiles and sheets from alloy 5182. For customer convenience, sheets are supplied with interleaving dry paper, and there is an option to purchase products by the piece in SMZ, JSC packaging.
