VSMPO-AVISMA will offer apartments on unique terms to its employees

The VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, the world's largest titanium producer, has announced the launch of the second phase of its employee housing program. In Verkhnyaya Salda, two nine-story buildings of the Solnechny residential complex have been commissioned, with a total area of over 13,000 square meters. The buildings contain 304 modern apartments with finishing and plumbing fixtures, the corporation's press service told RusBusinessNews.

What makes the program unique are the purchase terms: Apartments are sold at cost, with an interest-free instalment plan of up to 20 years. Monthly payments start at 10,000 roubles. The program is open to young professionals, graduates of specialised educational institutions, workers in high-demand occupations, holders of critically important knowledge, IT specialists, and recipients of state awards who have taken part in the special military operation.

The Solnechny residential complex, located within the city limits in a quiet, ecologically clean area on the edge of a forest, consists of one five-story and two nine-story buildings. An on-site electrical substation ensures an uninterrupted power supply independent of the city grid. The grounds include sports facilities, two children's play areas, and two parking lots. Schools, kindergartens, bus stops, and shopping centers are within walking distance.
