Denis Pasler has handed over the keys to new homeowners on VSMPO-AVISMA Company Day

On the 93rd anniversary of VSMPO-AVISMA, the world's major titanium manufacturer, its employees got the keys to their new apartments in the second phase of Solnechny residential complex. Sverdlovsk Region Governor Denis Pasler has arrived to congratulate the team and present the keys to new homeowners.

 

The main feature of the corporate housing program lies in the terms and conditions for purchasing the apartments. Employees of VSMPO-AVISMA can buy an apartment at cost price, with a 20‑year interest‑free installment plan and monthly payments starting from 10,000 rubles. The program prioritizes young professionals, graduates of specialized educational institutions, shortage‑profession workers and holders of key technical skills, IT specialists, as well as service members of Special Military Operation awarded with state honors, the press service of VSMPO-AVISMA reported to RusBusinessNews.

"Caring for people, investing in their steady future and well‑being – today these are the fundamental prerequisites for the development of business, municipalities, our region, and the country as a whole. And I can see the Corporation's management has a clear grasp of that and takes a comprehensive approach to ensuring comfortable living conditions. The company employs nearly a quarter of the town's population. And behind every employee there's a family, there are friends. So it's fair to say that almost every household in Verkhnyaya Salda is involved with the titanium giant one way or the other", the Governor noted.

 

As the festivities continued, Denis Pasler and CEO of VSMPO‑AVISMA Dmitry Trifonov awarded top production workers at the Corporation's science and technology center.

"Over more than nine decades, we've mastered what almost no one else in the world can do. Although, our most valuable alloy has always been our people. Every titanium wheel that takes to the skies inside a jet engine represents the craftsmanship of a skilled worker from Verkhnyaya Salda. On our Company Day we want to thank them from the heart. And that is why we are not just investing into the development of our enterprise – we are also investing in the town, our people's home. Together with the regional authorities, we are making Verkhnyaya Salda a better place, and we are grateful to Denis Pasler and our shareholder Mikhail Shelkov for their contribution. We build a future for our people and we prove in practice that 'supporting our staff' is not just a slogan – it is our daily work," Dmitry Trifonov emphasized.

 

The celebration of VSMPO‑AVISMA Company Day traditionally lasts well beyond a single week. This year, the festivities kicked off with motorcycle competitions: Verkhnyaya Salda hosted the opening round of the Russian Sidecar Motocross Championship and the VSMPO‑AVISMA Corporation Cup from June 21 to 22. Employees and their families have now plenty of activities to look forward to – mass cultural events, sports tournaments, and children's entertainment programs.
