SVERDLOVSK REGION
How and why the VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation supports young professionals was the focus of a presentation by Timur Rakhmangulov, HR Director, at an expert session titled "Vocational Education as a Driver of Economic Growth: Analyzing Results and Prospects for Improvement." Participants discussed labor market research findings, employer competency requirements, the effectiveness of investments in workforce training, the development of the secondary vocational education system, and mechanisms for integrating education and production.
"The key focus of VSMPO-AVISMA is early-stage training of young specialists along the 'kindergarten – school – college – university – enterprise' pathway. We invest in education and prepare specialists for the high-tech company from school age – and it pays off: more than half of the 9th-grade graduates (participants in the Prospect PIC) enrolled in the flagship college in 2025," Timur Rakhmangulov explained.
