Four Star Angelo Airporthotel Opening in Ekaterinburg

Vienna International Hotel Management (Austria) is managing a new hotel and business centre in the Urals. On 15 September a four star Angelo Airporthotel will open at the Ekaterinburg Koltsovo international airport.

Renova Group (Russia) and Warimpex Finanz-und Beteiligungs AG (Austria) invested 1.8 billion roubles into the construction of the 17,000 square metres facility. The centre is connected to the internal flight terminal by a covered walkway and has a 221 room hotel, bars and a restaurant, twelve conference halls and underground parking.

Renova Group informed RusBusinessNews that the company’s investments into the development of Ekaterinburg airport in recent years have exceeded eight billion roubles. More than 40 Russian and international air carriers run services from Koltsovo. The airport served 1.1 million passengers in January-June 2009.
