Ugoria Insurance Company Has Increased Annual Insurance Premium Volumes by 22%

The State Insurance Company Ugoria - the largest insurance company in the Urals Federal District - has managed to increase the annual insurance premium volumes by 22%; they reached 8.77 billion roubles in 2008. The number of contracts with individuals and companies has grown by 20% to 980 thousand. Ugoria informed RusBusinessNews that the total sum of voluntary insurance premiums has amounted to 7.685 billion roubles. Last year Ugoria paid out 3.881 billion roubles; 3.2 out of this was paid out to policy holders of voluntary types of insurance.
