VSMPO-Avisma is taking part in Shiptec China-2010

VSMPO-Avisma is showcasing its products at Shiptec China – 2010, the VIIth International Exhibition for Shipbuilding, Port and Marine Technology, Transport and Logistics. On October 26-28, the corporation will demonstrate slabs, sheets, rods, tubes and pipes made of titanium alloys to consumers at the Dalian World Expo Center. 

Shiptec China is one of the world’s largest shipbuilding events and a front-end exhibition in Asia. This year, it is welcoming more than 700 participants. It is expected that more than 15 thousand visitors will be able to see novelties of shipbuilding industry, marine technology, logistics, port and transport equipment.

The company press-service informed "RusBusinessNews" that Asian consumers are highly interested in medical titanium produced by VSMPO-Avisma. Medical titanium supplies are being negotiated with partners from India, Indonesia, China and Japan. The increasing application of titanium parts in shipbuilding underpins the corporation’s hope for beneficial contacts at Shiptec China.
