Igor Ryurikovich Kholmanskikh

Born on: June 29, 1969 in Nizhny Tagil (the Sverdlovsk region).

In 1994 he graduated from the Ural State Technical University (UPI).
From 1994 - 2006, he was division head, deputy head, and head of machine-assembly department no. 1 at Uralvagonzavod.
From 2006 - 2011, he was deputy director of the machine-assembly production plant and the deputy head of machine-assembly production at Uralvagonzavod.
From August 2011 - May 2012, he was head of the assembly department of Uralvagonzavod Research and Production Corporation, OJSC.
As of May 2012, he is now the Russian President's special representative in the Urals Federal District.
